Defendant(s) Pursuant to a judgment of foreclosure and sale duly entered on August 21, 2025. I, the undersigned Referee, will sell at public auction at the Oneida County Courthouse, 302 N. James St., Rome, NY 13440 on May 12, 2026 at 9:00 AM premises known as 1003 North James Street, Rome, NY 13440. Please take notice that this foreclosure auction shall be conducted in compliance with the Foreclosure Auction Rules for Oneida County, and the COVID 19 Health Emergency Rules, including proper use of masks and social distancing.
