Pursuant to judgment of foreclosure and sale entered Jan. 15, 2026, I will sell at public auction at the Clerk’s Office Closing Room of the Erie County Hall, 92 Franklin St., Buffalo, NY on April 10, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. premises k/a 43 Weaver Street, Buffalo, NY 14206 a/k/a Section 123.34, Block 6, Lot 30.
