NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Airmont on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 8:00 PM at the Airmont Village Hall, 251 Cherry Lane, Airmont, N.Y. to consider the following matter: Public Hearing on the application of Moshey Koenig 1 North Post Lane, for variances for a proposed new family residence of 4,107 sf with a total proposed coverage of 13,531.32 sf.
