VILLAGE OF AIRMONT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Village Board of the Village of Airmont, Rockland County, New York, on March 9, 2026 at 5:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as can be heard, at the Village Hall, 251 Cherry Lane, Airmont, New York 10952 to consider the adoption of a Local Law to Amend The Zoning Code Section 210 Relating To Parking, Storage, Buffers And Site Controls For Properties Along Route 59 In The Village For any person unable to participate at the time of the Public Hearing, email comments may be submitted in advance to the Village Clerk, Sharon Hanlon at villageclerk@airmont.org. Said Local Law will be made available for review in the Village Clerk’s office, 251 Cherry Lane, Airmont, New York 10982 and may be examined by any interested party from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday in advance of the meeting on or before February 19, 2026.
