NORTH CASTLE PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the North Castle Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing in the Town Hall, 15 Bedford Road, Armonk, New York, on Monday, March 9, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. (or soon thereafter), when any person may be heard in favor of or against the proposed proposed change of use of existing legal non-conforming home to office use. The property is located at 154 Lafayette Ave and is known on the North Castle Tax Maps as lot 122.12-2-2 and located within the INDA Zoning District.
