LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF EAST BLOOMFIELD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on Monday, April 13, at 7:00 PM, at the Town Hall, 99 Main Street, Bloomfield, NY, the Town Board of the Town of East will conduct a Public Hearing for the purpose of reviewing a Temporary Use Permit for Bryan Marianacci and Ferguson Electric to allow a temporary show up location for crews that are performing work locally on the RG&E’s electrical infrastructure. Any resident of the Town of East Bloomfield is entitled to be heard, the request is available for review at the East Bloomfield Town Clerk’s Office located at the Town Hall, 99 Main Street, Bloomfield, New York and on the Town’s website at townofeastbloomfield.org By Order of the Town Board Margaret Gochenaur, Town Clerk Dated Wednesday April 1, 2026
