Legal Notices STATE OF NEW YORK COUNTY OF CHAUTAUQUA TOWN OF DUNKIRK WEIGHT LIMIT Pursuant to Section 1660, Paragraph 11 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of New York, The Town of Dunkirk will temporarily post all roads. The maximum allowable gross weight may not exceed SIX TONS . Such exclusion for any road is to take effect when posted. Exclusions shall remain in effect until the removal of signs.
