LEGAL NOTICE Town of Manlius Zoning Board of Appeals Public Hearing Notice A hybrid virtual/in person public hearing before the Town of Manlius Zoning Board of Appeals, 301 Brooklea Dr., Fayetteville., NY in the County of Onondaga, State of New York, will be held on April 16, 2026, at 6:30 PM to consider the matter of the application for Cory Tilton at 7173 Collamer Rd, East Syracuse, NY 13057 (Tax Map #036.-02-07.1). A public hearing for one variance for the construction of a 70-foot by 120-foot accessory structure (detached carport). The applicant is requesting a heigh variance of 13-feet 6-inches to provide relief from the required 17-foot height requirement.
