LEGAL NOTICE Town of Manlius Zoning Board of Appeals Public Hearing Notice A hybrid virtual/in person public hearing before the Town of Manlius Zoning Board of Appeals, 301 Brooklea Dr., Fayetteville., NY in the County of Onondaga, State of New York, will be held on April 16, 2026, at 6:30 PM to consider the matter of the application for Joseph Erardi at 7506 Kirkville Rd, East Syracuse, NY 13057 (Tax Map #055.-01-26.0). A public hearing for one variance for the construction of a 44-foot by 60-foot cold storage garage addition. The applicant is requesting a side yard setback variance of 10-feet to provide relief from the required 20-foot side yard setback requirement. If you would like to attend the public hearing virtually and provide comment, you may do so by following the instructions that will be provided on the town website agenda at https://manliusny.portal.civicclerk.com/ .
