NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Elmira City, Elmira Heights, and Horseheads School Districts hereby invite the submission of sealed bids for: TRASH REMOVAL 26-07 This is a cooperative bid which will include the Elmira City School District, Elmira Heights School District and Horseheads School District. Bids will be received until 2:00pm on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at the GST BOCES Central Business Office — Bldg #11, at 2475 Corning Rd, Elmira, 14903. Specifications and bid forms may be obtained at the Central Business Office location. The Boards of Education for each school district reserve the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any formality, and to hold all bids for 30 days subsequent to the date of opening for examination.
