City of Elmira Purchasing Department, Third Floor, Room 308, 150 Lake Street, Elmira, New York 14901, until 1:45 P.M. on March 26, 2026, where they will be publicly opened, read aloud, and broadcast via Teams at 2:00 P.M. on the date due. If an awarded bidder fails to enter into a contract with the County following notice of bid acceptance, the bid security shall be forfeited to and become the property of Chemung County.
