COLUMBIA COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE CONCERNING THE EXAMINATION OF ASSESSMENT INVENTORY AND VALUATION DATA (Pursuant to Real Property Tax Law section 501) Notice is hereby given that assessment inventory and valuation data are available. For examination and review. This data is the information that will be used to establish the assessment of each parcel, which will appear on the Tentative Assessment Roll for the Town of Clermont which will be filed on or before May 1,2026. The information may be reviewed by appointment only in the Assessor’s office located at 1795 Route 9 Germantown, NY 12526.
