Town of Groton PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING Please take notice the Town of Groton Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 16, 2026 at 7:30 PM regarding a Final Site Plan submitted by Apex Glass Fabricating Inc, located at 556 Cortland Rd., Tax Map #121.-21-20.12, for the purpose of manufacturing windows as light industry, in the Town of Groton. The application may be reviewed online at www.towngrotonny.gov. Written comments submitted by mail to Planning Board, PO Box 36 Groton, NY 13073; hand delivered to the Town Clerk's Office; or e-mailed to townclerk@grotontown.com, must be received no later than 2:00pm on April 15th. Any individual with visual, hearing, or other impairments or disabilities that require assistance, should contact the Town Clerk, Robin Cargian at (607) 898-5035 at least 48 hours before the time of the Public Hearing.
