NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF LEWISTON TOWN BOARD PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town of Lewiston, Niagara County, New York, on the 13th day of April, 2026 commencing at 6:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 1375 Ridge Road, Lewiston, New York, on the adoption of “Local Law #3 of 2026 - Town of Lewiston Data Center, Artificial Intelligence Facility, and Cryptocurrency Mining Moratorium Law of 2026". Said law is intended to provide time for Town Board of the Town of Lewiston to research and adopt new laws to more efficiently regulate applications for such uses within the Town of Lewiston. The complete text of said Law is on file at the Office of the Town Clerk and is available for review by any interested person during business hours. At such Public Hearing, all persons interested, who wish to be heard, will be heard.
