NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Town of Lewiston on Thursday February 19, 2026, at 6:30 P.M. in the Lewiston Town Hall, 1375 Ridge Road, Lewiston, New York to act on the following applications: Andrew Ward CIR Electrical 2517 Long Road, Grand Island, NY 14072 on behalf of David Piwtorak 2078 Ridge Road, Lewiston, NY 14092 SBL 89.00-2-16 is requesting a site plan review for a 7.95 kw ground mounted residential solar PV electric installation. Article XXVIII. Solar Energy Systems § 360-217. General regulations. The placement, construction, and major modification of all solar energy systems within the boundaries of the Town of Lewiston shall be permitted only as follows: B. Ground-mounted solar energy systems after SEQRA review and upon concurrent site plan approval by the Town of Lewiston Planning Board, and upon issuance of a building permit issued according to the Town Code and New York State Building Code, and shall be subject to all provisions of this article. Property is zoned RR Rural Residential. Information concerning these requests are on file and available for inspection during normal business hours at the above-named office.
