TOWN OF MARCY LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Marcy Zoning Board of Appeals will be holding one (1) Public Hearing on Monday, March 9, 2026 at 7:00PM at the Marcy Municipal Building, 8801 Paul Becker Road, for the following applicant: HEIDELBERG MATERIALS, 5842 NYS Route 291: Application for an Area Variance to install two (2) silos not to exceed 75’ in height at the proposed concrete plant. Tax Map Number 292.000-2-3, Zoned FP/Floodplain. The above application is open to inspection upon request. Persons wishing to appear at the hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative. Communications may be filed with the Board prior to or at the Public Hearing.
