TOWN OF MARCY PLANNING BOARD LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Marcy Planning Board will be holding one (1) Public Hearing on Monday, April 13, 2026 at 7:00PM at the Marcy Municipal Building, 8801 Paul Becker Road, for the following applicant: HEIDELBERG MATERIALS, 5842 NYS Route 291: Application for a Site Plan Review to convert the existing property to a concrete plant. The above application is open to inspection upon request. Persons wishing to appear at the hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative. Communications may be filed with the Board prior to or at the Public Hearing. A Regular Meeting will follow the Public Hearing. Lori A.
