VILLAGE OF KIRYAS JOEL NOTICE TO BIDDERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids for the “SPECIAL EXCAVATION WORK CONTRACT hereinafter “Bid Item” will be received by the Village of Kiryas Joel at the office of the Village of Kiryas Joel, 51 Forest Road, Suite 340, Monroe, New York 10950, until Tuesday 1:00 PM on April 14, 2026 and at that time and place bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. As of Monday, March 30, 2016, and thereafter, copies of the Information for Bidders, Bid Forms and Specifications may be obtained by contacting Moishe Gruber at the above address or by calling (845) 783-8300, Ext. 211 or emailing mgruber@vokj-ny.org during regular business hours, Monday through Thursday. All bids must be accompanied by a statement of Non-Collusion in accordance with Section 103-d of the General Municipal law, as amended. Bids must be submitted on official forms and in sealed envelopes and shall bear on the face thereof the name and address of the bidder, designation of the Bid Item(s) as specified in the Bid Documents and “Village of Kiryas Joel”. The Village reserves the right to reject any/or all bids and to readvertise new bids. Bids shall be awarded in accordance with General Municipal Law §103.
