NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the VILLAGE OF MOUNT KISCO PLANNING BOARD will hold a public hearing in the Frank J. DiMicco, Sr. room located within Village Hall in the Municipal Building at 104 Main Street, Mount Kisco, New York, on the 24th day of March 2026 at 7:00 p.m., to consider the approval of a plat for the subdivision of land entitled "Subdivision Map of the Park 333," comprising 333 North Bedford Road (Tax ID 69.50-2-1) and 383 North Bedford Road (Tax ID 69.43-1-2), Village of Mount Kisco, County of Westchester, New York, submitted to said Planning Board on September 19, 2025. At such time and place all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. The meeting will be held in a hybrid format, with the public, applicants and consultants able to participate in person at Village Hall, or remotely via Zoom videoconferencing and via telephone.
