NOTICE TO BIDDERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to resolution of the Town Board of the Town of Clarkstown, Rockland County, New York, sealed bids will be received by the office of the Purchasing Department, room 323, Clarkstown Town Hall, 10 Maple Avenue, New City, New York, 10956 at which time and place bids will be publicly opened and read, for the following: BID #4-2026 – 2026 CONCRETE CURB AND SIDEWALK REPLACEMENT PROJECT BID OPENING: MARCH 17, 2026 AT 11:30 A.M. Specifications and bid forms can be obtained at the same office. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all bids and proposals must be accompanied by a statement of non-collusion in conformity with the requirements of Section 103-D of the General Municipal Law.
