TOWN OF CLARKSTOWN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Clarkstown, Rockland County, New York, in the Auditorium of Town Hall of the Town of Clarkstown, 10 Maple Avenue, New City, New York, 10956, on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 6:30pm, or as soon thereafter as possible, to consider the petition of Rockland Hospitality Associates, LLC for a zone change from LIO to RS zone for premises designated on the Clarkstown Tax Map as 64.10-2-1 and 64.10-2-2 located at 425 and 431 E. Route 59, Nanuet, New York, and to include a portion of the lands primarily covered by the southern half of the Route 59 and Route 304 Interchange.
