Specifications and bid forms, including notices to bidders, general conditions, special instructions, bid proposal certifications, bid form and detailed specifications may be obtained at the Administration Building, Board of Cooperative Educational Services, 175 State Route 32 N, New Paltz, New York 12561 or by emailing mmaphis@ulsterboces.org. The bids will be analyzed by a Steering Committee which reserves the right to recommend acceptance of each bid by item, as a group, or as a whole, or in its discretion to reject all bids and to re-advertise.
