LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE TO BIDDERS STATE OF NEW YORK ULSTER COUNTY The Ulster County Board of Cooperative Educational Services, 175 Route 32N, New Paltz, New York, (in ac- cordance with section 103 of Article 5A of the General Municipal Law), requests sealed bids for: PRINTER SUPPLY BID Bids will be received un- til 3:00 PM on Thursday April 2, 2026 at the of- fice of the Purchasing Agent, Ad- ministration Building, 175 Rte 32 N, New Paltz, New York 12561 or via electronic submission through bidnetdirect. com. Specifications and bid forms, including notic- es to bidders, general conditions, special in- structions, bid proposal certifications, bid form and detailed specifica- tions may be obtained at the Administration Building, Board of Coop- erative Educational Ser- vices, 175 State Route 32 N, New Paltz, New York 12561 or by email- ing mmaphis@ulsterbo- ces.org. The bids will be analyzed by a Steering Committee which re- serves the right to rec- ommend acceptance of each bid by item, as a group, or as a whole, or in its discretion to reject all bids and to re- advertise.
