LEGAL NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Town Board of the Town of Mount Hope is accepting proposals from qualified vendors for the provision of a fireworks display for the Town of Mount Hope Fall Festival to be held at the Town of Mount Hope Park on September 19, 2026 (rain date will be September 20, 2026) at dusk. All bids should be clearly marked “SEALED BID - PROPOSAL FOR FIREWORKS DISPLAY FOR TOWN OF MOUNT HOPE FALL FESTIVAL” and be mailed to the Town of Mount Hope, 1706 Route 211, Otisville, New York 10963, Attention: Heidi Phillips, Town Clerk, or hand delivered to the Town Clerk’s Office located at 1706 Route 211, Otisville, New York 10963. All bids should be received no later than 3:00 P.M. on April 13, 2026.
