POTSDAM LEGAL NOTICE The Village of Potsdam Board of Trustees will hold two public hearings on Monday, April 6, 2026, in the Civic Center Board Room, 2 Park St., Potsdam, NY. The first public hearing will begin at 5:00 pm with the purpose of receiving comments regarding the proposed Local Law 1-2026 to amend Chapter 153 Taxation, Article IXA Tax Cap Override, §153-45.1 Legislative Intent and §153-45.2 Tax Levy Limit Override of the Village of Potsdam Municipal Code to change the wording to read “Fiscal Year Commencing June 1, 2026”. The second public hearing will begin at 5:10 pm with the purpose of receiving comments on the tentative proposed Village budget for the Fiscal Year 2026-2027. Copies of the proposed Local Law 1-2026 and the preliminary budget can be obtained from the Village Clerk at the Civic Center, 2 Park Street, Potsdam, NY, 13676, and on the Village website, villageofpotsdamny.gov.
