Douglas Barclay Courthouse, Pulaski, NY on March 16, 2026 at 6:00PM to conduct a public hearing on the following: * Application #’s SITE26-0001,SP26-0001 and ZP26-0003. This pertains to a 3.5 MW Solar Farm, owned by Pivot Energy located at 4347 US Rt 11 Pulaski NY, 13142. The Above application(s) are open for inspection at the office of the Code Enforcement Officer, at the H. Douglas Barclay Courthouse, Pulaski, NY 13142. All persons wishing to appear at these public hearings may do so. Communications in writing related to these applications may be filed with the Code Enforcement Officer, prior to these hearings.
