NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Board of Cooperative Educational Services, Southern Westchester, Westchester County, (hereinafter “SWBOCES”), in accordance with Section 103 of Article 5-A of the General Municipal Law, hereby invites the submission of sealed bids for the following: Managed Fiber 2026 Pt. 2 For the following school districts: East Ramapo Central School District Edgemont Union Free School District Greenburgh Central School District Tuckahoe Union Free School District Bid # SWB-2025-26-15 PRC#2026005493 Managed WAN 2026 For School Districts in Westchester, Putnam, & Rockland Counties Bid # SWB-2025-26-04 Bids will be received until: Wednesday, April 1, 2026, by 10:30am at SWBOCES Purchasing Office Administration Building 17 Berkley Drive, Rye Brook, NY 10573 Bids will be publicly opened at this time. In the event that the Purchasing Office of SWBOCES is closed due to unforeseen circumstances the day of the scheduled bid opening, the bid(s) will be opened the next business day that the Purchasing Office of SWBOCES is open at the same time as was scheduled on the original bid opening date. The bid documents, including the Special Instructions to Bidders and General Conditions of Contract, the Supplemental General Conditions (which includes Technical Specifications), the form of contract to be awarded (Managed Gigabit Fiber Optic Wide-Area Network Agreement) and the bid forms, may be obtained from the SWBOCES Purchasing Office. Bidders are requested to carefully review the bid documents, including but not limited to the Technical Requirements contained in the Supplemental General Conditions. SWBOCES is not responsible for bids opened prior to the bid opening if bid numbers and opening date do not appear on the envelope. Bids opened prior to the date and indicated time set forth above or as modified by any addendum issued with respect to this bid may be invalid. The Bidder assumes the risk of any delay in the mail or in the handling of the mail by employees of SWBOCES, as well as improper hand delivery. Each bid must be enclosed in a sealed, opaque envelope that must be clearly marked with the bid title, bid numbers and due date and time. SWBOCES reserves the right to waive what it deems to be informalities relating to the bidding process; to waive what it deems to be informalities relating to a specific bid; to waive what it deems to be technical defects, irregularities and omissions relating to a specific bid; to request additional information from any bidder; to re-advertise and invite new bids; to reject any or all bids; or to accept the whole or part of any bid which in the opinion of SWBOCES will be in the best interest of SWBOCES and the school districts that have entered into cooperative purchasing agreements with SWBOCES. 12127736
