Blind Brook-Rye Union Free School District 310 North Ridge Street Rye Brook, New York 10573 914-937-3600 914-937-1607 (fax) Invitation to Bidders The Blind Brook-Rye Union Free School District hereby invites the submission of sealed proposals for the following: Request for Proposal: Food Services Consultant Proposals shall be submitted in sealed envelopes marked "Proposal for Food Services Consultant” on the outside. Proposals will be received until 10:00am Thursday, April 23rd to Laurie Baum (or her duly designated representative), Blind Brook-Rye Union Free School District, Business Office, 310 North Ridge Street, Rye Brook, NY 10573; Phone: (914) 937-3600 x 1003; Fax: (914) 937-1607. Specifications and form of proposal are available from the district Business Office starting April 2, 2026. Proposals will be opened on the stated date, but will not be read aloud. There will be no discussion at the time of the opening of the proposals. The names of the proposing firms shall be available following the proposal opening. Proposals shall be irrevocable for a minimum period of forty-five (45) days from the date of proposal opening. Alterations to said proposals must be submitted in writing. Consideration shall be given only to those alterations, which may be caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the firm submitting said proposal. The Purchasing Agent or his/her designee shall make such determination. The Blind Brook-Rye School Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals that it considers not to be in the best interest of the school district.
