NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF CAMBRIA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Cambria on the 9th day of April, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., at the Town Hall, 4160 Upper Mountain Road, Sanborn, New York on the adoption of a proposed Local Law entitled, 'A Local Law Repealing Local Law No. 1 of 2020, entitled 'A Local Law to Opt Out of the NY State Real Property Tax Law Section 487 Exemption,'”an abstract of which is as follows: Said Local Law would repeal Local Law No. 1 of 2020, entitled “A Local Law to Opt Out of the NY State Real Property Tax Law Section 487 Exemption,” which provided that no exemption from taxation shall be applicable with respect to any solar or wind energy system within the Town of Cambria. This local law shall take effect immediately upon its filing in the Office of the Secretary of State. The complete text of said proposed Local Law is on file at the Office of the Town Clerk, and is available for review by any interested person during business hours.
