NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Airmont on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 8:00 PM at the Airmont Village Hall, 251 Cherry Lane, Airmont, N.Y. to consider the following matter: Public Hearing on the application of 267 Cherry Lane Realty Corp-Irving Bauer for the property located at 267 Cherry Lane to convert the existing Ramapo Athletic Training Center to a residential men’s religious school with a dormitory. The student enrollment is for up to 150 students ages 17-20 for religious education. No school buses will be used since all students will be residing on-site. Non-resident staff and faculty will arrive via private passenger vehicles or taxis. Food will be prepared by an outside caterer and delivered to the site for warming and serving. There will be no on-site commercial kitchen. Onsite recreation includes a gymnasium, grassed and wooded areas.
