LEGAL NOTICE Request for Signed Sealed Proposals The Watershed Agricultural Council (WAC) is soliciting competitive signed sealed bids from contractors to resurface the parking lot located at the address 33195 State Highway 10, Walton, New York 13856. The selected contractor will enter into contract with the WAC for the term. The complete request for bids is available immediately and can be requested from Wendy Hanselman at 607-865-7790 ext. 115 or via e-mail at whanselman@ nycwatershed.org. Bids must be received by 2:00 PM on Thursday, April 9, 2026 . Late submissions will not be considered. WAC reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received in response to this RFP.
