DELAWARE COUNTY BID NOTICE Invitation to Bid The Delaware County Soil & Water Conservation District (DCSWCD), 44 West Street, Suite # 1, Walton, NY 13856 is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors on behalf of Jill Pinkey, for the CSBI Riparian Buffer Planting Program. The property and project site is located on State Highway 10 in Kortright, NY 13842. The planting area is approximately 8.1 acres in size and includes installation of native trees and shrubs. The expected performance dates are between April 1 and May 15 of 2026. Sealed bids will be received by the Delaware County Soil and Water Conservation District’s office at 44 West Street, Suite #1, Walton, NY 13856 until Friday, February 27, 2026, at 11:00 AM prevailing time, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Contractors are responsible for the timely delivery of their Bid Proposal. Bidding and Contract Documents, including Plans and Specifications, may be obtained by contacting Catherine Skalda via email, or at (607) 865-7161. Bidders are responsible for the timely delivery of their Bid Proposal. Only in person delivery or postal-mailed bids will be accepted.
