VILLAGE OF WASHINGTONVILLE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Village Board of the Village of Washingtonville, Orange County, New York, on April 20, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as can be heard, at the Village Hall, 9 Fairlawn Drive, Washingtonville, New York 10992 for the amendment to chapter 20 of the village code (ethics) and changes to the board of ethics disclosure form For any person unable to participate at the time of the Public Hearing, email comments may be submitted in advance to the Deputy Village Clerk, Michelle Reif, at MReif@washingtonville-ny.gov. Said resolution will be made available for review in the Village Clerk’s office, 9 Fairlawn Drive, Washingtonville, New York 10992, and may be examined by any interested party from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, in advance of the meeting on or before April 20, 2026.
