LEGAL NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that sealed proposals for “Installation of New Sidewalk on Taxter Road in The Town of Greenburgh" will be received by the Town Clerk of the Town of Greenburgh, Greenburgh Town Hall, 177 Hillside Avenue, White Plains, NY 10607 until 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, and will be publicly read aloud in the Town Hall Meeting Room. A detailed Bid Notice is available on the Town's website, www.greenburghny.com, BidNet, www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york, and the New York State Contract website, www.nyscr.ny.gov. Sealed bids must be addressed to the Town Clerk and marked: “Installation of New Sidewalk on Taxter Road in The Town of Greenburgh" Please note bidders must submit statement of Non-Collusion in accordance with Section D of the Municipal Law.
