This is an action for foreclosure of a mortgage made by Richard A. Harvey a/k/a Richard Allen Harvey and Gail A. Harvey a/k/a Gail Harvey a/k/a Gail Ann Harvey to Citizens Bank, N.A., in the original amount of $50,000.00 with interest, dated November 15, 2019, recorded November 15, 2019 in the Oneida County Clerk's Office as Instrument No. 2019-017122. The relief sought is the foreclosure of the mortgage lien and the public sale of the mortgaged premises and in case of your failure to appear, judgment may be taken against you extinguishing any interest or judgment lien you may have in the mortgaged premises.
