Harvey late of the town of Whitestown, County of Oneida, State of New York; JOHN ROE and JANE ROE, said names being fictitious and unknown to Plaintiff being all unknown heirs-at-law and next-of-kin of Richard A. Harvey late of the town of Whitestown, County of Oneida, State of New York; SYNCHRONY BANK; PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; EDWARDS AMBULANCE SERVICE; and “JOHN DOE #1” through “JOHN DOE #12”, the last twelve names being fictitious and unknown to Plaintiffs, the persons or parties intended being the tenants, occupants, persons or corporations, if any, having or claiming an interest in or lien upon the premises described in the complaint, Defendants. This is an action for foreclosure of a mortgage made by Richard A. Harvey a/k/a Richard Allen Harvey and Gail A. Harvey a/k/a Gail Harvey a/k/a Gail Ann Harvey to Citizens Bank, N.A., in the original amount of $50,000.00 with interest, dated November 15, 2019, recorded November 15, 2019 in the Oneida County Clerk’s Office as Instrument No. 2019-017122. The relief sought is the foreclosure of the mortgage lien and the public sale of the mortgaged premises and in case of your failure to appear, judgment may be taken against you extinguishing any interest or judgment lien you may have in the mortgaged premises.
