NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED LOCAL LAW NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Wilson, New York, on the 19th day of March, 2025 at 7:00 pm, upon the question of: A LOCAL LAW TO OVERRIDE THE TAX LEVY LIMIT ESTABLISHED IN GENERAL MUNICIPAL LAW SECTION 3-C The proposed Local Law shall establish the current Code of the Village of Wilson to add Chapter 148 to Override the Tax Levy Limit Established in General Municipal Law Section 3-c.
