PUBLIC HEARING TAKE NOTICE that pur- suant to Resolution 56 of 2026 the Saratoga County Board of Super- visors will hold a public hearing on March 11, 2026 at 4:40 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the Board can convene, in the Meeting Room of the Saratoga County Board of Supervisors at 40 McMaster Street, Ballston Spa, New York 12020 for the purpose of considering a proposed lease of County Prop- erty situated at 96-116 Ballston Avenue in the City of Saratoga Springs to the Saratoga County Capital Resource Cor- poration to facilitate the development of a proposed Code Blue Shelter. Such public hearing will provide op- portunity for comment on the development of the proposed Code Blue Shelter on the above premises, which is un- dergoing review pursu- ant to the State Environ- mental Quality Review Act ("SEQRA").
