LEGAL NOTICE Notice Concerning the Examination Of Assessment Inven- tory And Valuation Data (Pursuant to Section 501 of the Real Property Tax Law) Notice is hereby given that assessment inven- tory and valuation data is available for exami- nation and review. This data is the information that will be used to es- tablish the assessment of each parcel which will appear on the ten- tative assessment roll of the Town of Milton which will be filed on or before May 1 st, 2026. The information may be reviewed in the asses- sor's office at 503 Gey- ser Rd, Ballston Spa NY 12020 on May 1 st, 2026 between the hours 8am- 4pm.
