PUBLIC NOTICE Notice of Initiation of the Section 106 Pro- cess-Public Participa- tion in accordance with the FCC's Nationwide Programmatic Agree- ment. The Towers, LLC intends to construct a communications facil- ity at 1329 West High St (0.16-mile SE of W High St & Wood Rd), Ballston Spa, Saratoga County, NY 12020 (42°59'54.3", -73°51'54.4"). The facil- ity will include a 125 ft (130 ft overall height) stealth monopine tele- communications tower with (9) antennas at a centerline height of 115 ft and associated equip- ment. The Towers, LLC is publishing this notice in accordance with Fed- eral Communications Commission regula- tions (47 CFR § 1.1307) for Section 106 of the National Historic Pres- ervation Act (NHPA) and for the National En- vironmental Policy Act (NEPA). We respectfully request that parties in- terested in commenting on this Federal under- taking relative to poten- tial effects on cultural or historic properties or with questions on the proposed facility should contact GSS, Inc., 3311 109th Street, Urbandale.
