LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIV- EN, That the Town Board of the Town of Rosendale will be holding a Public Hearing On March 4, 2026, at 6:00 pm to review UI- ster County's answers to the questions asked at the Public Hearing on February 2, 2025, held in the Town of Rosendale, to review the sighting of the Ulster County Radio Tower on Rond- out Municipal Center property in the Town of Rosendale.
