LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF MARBLETOWN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIV- EN that, pursuant to the Open Meetings Law of the State of New York, a Public Hearing will be held by the Marbletown Zoning Board of Ap- peals on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, beginning at 6:00 p.m., at the Rond- out Municipal Center, Room M-1, located at 1915-1925 Lucas Ave- nue, Cottekill, New York 12419. The Zoning Board of Ap- peals will hear all inter- ested parties regarding Application #2026-02 AV: 18 Stilba Lane Area Variance, for property located at 18 Stilba Lane. Stone Ridge, NY 12484, SBL: 61.20-2-23.200, R-3 Zoning District, ±1.007 acres, for a proposed single-family residence to be located approxi- mately fifteen (15) feet from the left side lot line, where a greater setback is required pur- suant to §200-47 of the Town Code. 1X: 4/17/26 #NY0174479
