PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of East Greenbush will hold a public hearing on April 14, 2026 at the Town Hall 225 Columbia Turnpike Rensselaer NY beginning at 7:30 P.M. to consider the follow- ing application:

Appeal number # 2026- 02 the appeal of Cen- terline Communica-

tions, of 763 Eatonville Road, Herkimer, NY, on behalf of AT&T. The ap- plicant proposes to add an 18' extension to an existing telecommu- nications tower on the property located at 594 Columbia Turnpike, Tax Map# 166.-7-6.14.

On

that extension, associ- ated D&D mounts with 4' standoffs will be in- stalled with antennas, radio units, surge arres- tors, and ancillary ca- bling. Walk-up cabinets will be installed with a 16'×23' expansion of the existing fenced com- pound. A Special Use Permit will be required in accordance with Sec- tion 5 of Local Law No. 6 of 2004.
