REQUEST FOR BIDS

The City of Kingston, New York is issuing a Request for Bids (RFB #K26-07) for EV Charg- ing Infrastructure Fur- nishment and Installa- tion at 2-10 Broadway, Kingston, NY. The City is requesting Bids from qualified contractors

to successfully furnish and install two Electric Vehicle Charging Sta- tions on public property for public use.

Sealed bids will be re- ceived by Julie Noble, Sustainability Coordi- nator, located in the Of- fice of Sustainability at 467 Broadway, Kingston NY 12401. Bids must be received no later than 11:00am on April 7th, 2026.

Requirements, Instruc- tion, and Bid Submis- sion Packages may_be downloaded at the Em- pire State Purchas- ing Group website at https://www.bidnet- direct.com/new-york, or obtained at the of- fice of the Purchasing Department, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 2:00pm. Questions regarding the RFB should be directed to Julie Noble, Sustain- ability Coordinator, at JulieĹNoble@kingston- ny.gov or 845-481-7339. All questions to be an- swered in the Adden- dum must be submit- ted in writing via email to Julie Noble, no later than Wednesday, March 25th, 2026, at 5pm.
