LEGAL NOTICE Request for Proposals The City of Kingston, New York is issuing a Request for Propos- als (RFP #K26-06) for City of Kingston First Avenue and Hasbrouck Park Pavilion Solar De- sign Services. The City is requesting proposals from qualified solar de- sign and development firms. Sealed proposals will be received at the Office of Sustainability, 467 Broadway, Kingston, NY 12401. Proposals must be received no later than 11:00am on April 1, 2026. Instruc- Requirements, tion, and Proposals Submission Packages may be downloaded at the Empire State Pur- chasing Group website at https://www.bidnet- direct.com/new-york, the New York State Con- tract Reporter website at www.nyscr.ny.gov, or obtained at the of- fice of the Purchasing Department, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 2:00pm. All questions to be an- swered in the Adden- dum must be submitted in writing via email to Julie Noble at JulieLNo- ble@kingston-ny.gov no later than Friday, March 20th, 2026 at 4pm. The City of Kingston expressly reserves the right to accept any pro- posal or to reject any and all proposals, and to award as the interest of the City may appear to require.
