LEGAL NOTICE Public Notice Public Hearing - Major Subdivision Town of Nassau Planning Board Nas- PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Town of Nassau will hold a Public Hear- ing on the preliminary plat of a major subdi- vision application for a 36.12-acre parcel of property located on Burden Lake Road be- tween Millers Corners Road and Hogarty Road in the Town of sau owned by Franklin Woods Investment, LLC (Tax map # 180.-4-43.1). The subject property is located in Nassau Sewer District No.1. The property is currently unimproved. The appli- cant is requesting ap-| proval to create 7 lots ranging in size from 2.39 to 8.73 acres for development of single- family dwellings. It is proposed that all lots will be connected to the sewer system when developed. The Public Hearing on the applica- tion will be held at the Town Hall, 29 Church Street, Nassau, NY 12123 on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at 7:00 at which time all those wishing to comment on this ap- plication will have an opportunity to do so. Written comments will also be accepted at the hearing or sent by email to the Planning Board clerk at barbara.sears@ townofnassau.org. copy of the application and plans are available for review at the Town Hall.
