LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE Public Hearing on Pro- posed Local Law Town of Nassau PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Nassau has introduced and proposed for adop- tion Local Law No. 1 of 2026, entitled "Town of Nassau Subdivision Law," which sets forth Planning Board require- ments and procedures for the review and ap- proval of minor and major subdivisions as well as boundary line adjustments. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Nassau will hold a public hearing on the proposed Local Law No. 1 of 2026 on Thurs- day, March 12, 2026, at 6:45 pm at the Town Hall located at 29 Church Street, Nassau, NY, at which time and place all those wishing to com- ment on the proposed Local Law will have an opportunity to be heard. Written comments will also be accepted at that time and place.
