SED Control Numbers Stissing Mountain Jr/Sr High School (PH 1) 13-13- 01-04-0-009-021 Stissing Mountain Jr/Sr High School (PH 1A) 13- 13-01-04-0-009-022 1. The Owner, the Pine Plains Central School Dis- trict will receive sealed bids to furnish material and labor to complete the 2025 Capital Project - Phase 1 which includes Reconstruction of the Track, Tennis Courts, Sports Lighting, Track Score- board and Refurbishment of the Ĕlevator. Each bid shall be on a stipulated sum basis for the following contracts: 1. CONTRACTS Contract No. 01 Site Work Construction (SC) Contract No. 04 Electrical Construction (EC) Contract No. 06 Roofing Construction (RC) - Not Used Contract No. 07 Elevator Refurbishment (ER) i. BID INFORMATION 2.1 Sealed bids will be received until the time in- dicated below. Bids received after this time will not be accepted and returned to the Bidder un- opened. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud after specified receipt time. An abstract of Bids received will be made available via www.csarchplanroom.com. Due Date/Time 04-02-2026 at 10:00AM Location District Office # of copies 2 BIDDING DOCUMENTS 3.1 It is the intention of this Project to be both en- vironmentally and fiscally conscious of paper use and consumption. Therefore, documents will be distributed as digital sets. Bidding Documents, Drawings, and Specifications may be viewed online free of charge beginning 03-16-2026 at www.csarchplanroom.com under & Public Projects', or electronically downloaded for a non-refundable fee of one-hundred dollars ($100.00). 3.2 Complete sets of Bidding Documents, Draw- ings, and Specifications, on compact disc (CD) or USB flash drive may be obtained from Rev, 28 Church Street, Warwick, New York 10990 Tel: (845) 651-3845, upon depositing the sum of one- hundred dollars ($100.00). Checks or money or- ders shall be made payable to Pine Plains Central School District. 3.3 Bidder must provide Bid Security in the amount and form, per the terms indicated in Section In- structions to Bidders. All Bids will remain subject to acceptance for forty-five (45) days following the receipt of Bids. The Owner may, in its sole discretion, reject any Bid and return Bid Security prior to that date. 3.4 A Pre-Bid Conference will not be held for this project. Bidders shall make arrangements by appointment (Monday-Friday 7am-3pm) to access and view the building, by contacting Mr. Richard McKibben, at (845) 706-8855. 3.5 Bids shall not include New York State sales and compensating use taxes on materials and supplies incorporated into the Work, as the Own- er being exempt therefrom. Bidders must comply with New York State Depart- ment of Labor Prevailing Wage Rate Schedule and conditions of employment.
