LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF AVAILABIL- ITY FOR REVIEW OF AS- SESSMENT INVENTORY AND VALUATION DATA In accordance with Sec- tion 501 of the New York State Real Property Tax Law, notice is hereby given that assessment inventory and valua- tion data is available for examination and review. This informa- tion will be used to es- tablish the assessment for each parcel that will appear on the Tenta- tive Assessment Roll for the Town of Poestenkill which will be filed on or before May 1, 2026. This information may be re- viewed with the Asses- sor by appointment.
