PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIV- EN that a public hearing will be held by the Plan- ning Board of the Town of Poestenkill at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at the Poesten- kill Town Hall, 38 Davis Drive, Poestenkill New York, 12140, to review a Minor Subdivision ap- plication submitted by 3BK Real Estate Group, LLC for property located at 342 Snyders Corner Road, Wynantskill. Cop- ies of the application and supporting docu- ments are available at the Poestenkill Town Hall and are available for public inspection during regular business hours. All interested persons will be heard at the public hearing.
